Are you a public charity?

Yes. We are recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization/public charity.

Where does the money from my purchase(s) go?

Through No Closed Roads Inc., you can get help while helping others. When you purchase our services, you make it possible for us to be a helping hand in the community. While you get the extra academic help you need, your purchase plants a seed in your community through our various outreach projects, such as our clothing drive, food giveaway, and school supply drive.

How can you afford to provide your services to low-income students for free?

As a 501(c)(3) charity, we seek individual, business, and grant sources of funding. Currently, we mostly rely on individual and business contributions as well as generous donations.

If I am an individual or business and donate money, will the donation be tax-deductible?

No Closed Roads Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, so donations are tax-deductible. After you donate, you will receive a receipt to provide to your accountant. If you represent a business, you can choose to deduct this as an expense versus as a donation depending on the guidance of your tax advisor.
